4. How we use information
We may use the information above to:
| Purpose | Examples |

We may aggregate or de-identify information for statistics and product analysis. Such information is not used to identify a particular person.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
The Service may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies to:
- maintain sign-in sessions and core functionality;
- remember language, theme, or other preferences; and
- provide usage or performance analytics when enabled and described in product notices.
Strictly necessary cookies cannot be disabled without affecting parts of the Service. Whether optional analytics are enabled depends on the product configuration and notices provided to you. We do not use cookies to sell your personal information.
6. Sharing and third-party processing
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not provide your uploads or personal data to third parties for their independent marketing or unrelated profiling. We may share necessary information in the following situations:
- Service providers: Hosting, object storage, email, customer support, payment, analytics, and AI/model providers. Depending on the model and system configuration you use, uploads may be sent to Kling, Viggle, or another provider acting on our behalf. Those providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies.
- Legal and safety reasons: To comply with law, respond to lawful requests, investigate security incidents, enforce the Terms, or protect users, the public, or our rights.
- Business transactions: In a merger, acquisition, financing, or asset transfer, information may transfer as part of the business. We will require applicable protection obligations to continue where appropriate.
- With your consent: In other situations where you give clear permission.
Third-party services have their own privacy and retention practices. Review those notices when using third-party sign-in, payment, or AI services.
7. Security
We use technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risks, including HTTPS/TLS in applicable contexts, access controls, least-privilege practices, and security logging. Authentication credentials are handled by the authentication system under its security mechanisms; we do not store passwords in plaintext.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If a security incident requires notice under applicable law, we will notify affected people or regulators as required and take reasonable remedial steps.
8. Retention and deletion
We retain information only for as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, or as required for legal, tax, dispute-resolution, and security-audit purposes:
- Uploads and generated outputs may be retained for the time needed to complete a task and deliver its result, and for a limited period for history, troubleshooting, abuse review, or backups. AI, storage, and CDN providers may have separate cache and retention periods.
- Account, order, credit, and subscription records may be retained while an account is active and for as long as needed for legal, accounting, tax, or dispute-resolution purposes.
- Security, support, and feedback records may be retained while needed to resolve issues, investigate abuse, and protect legal rights.
We do not promise that content is removed from every system or provider immediately after a task finishes or a request is received. To request deletion of account-related data, contact us below. We will process the request as required by applicable law and explain any information that must be retained and why.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- know how we collect and use your information;
- access or obtain a copy of personal information;
- correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
- request deletion;
- restrict or object to certain processing;
- receive portable data; and
- withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
Email support@dancegenerator.org with the request type, the account email associated with the request, and the information needed to verify it. We generally respond within 30 calendar days; if applicable law permits a longer period, we will explain the reason. You may also complain to your local data-protection supervisory authority.
10. International transfers
We and our hosting, storage, payment, or AI providers may process information outside your country or region. Where information is transferred across borders, we use reasonable contractual, technical, or organizational safeguards consistent with applicable law.
11. Children’s privacy
The Service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact support@dancegenerator.org and we will take appropriate steps.
12. Third-party links and services
The Service may include third-party links or integrations for sign-in, payment, storage, support, and AI generation. This policy applies only to processing we control directly; third parties’ practices are governed by their own privacy policies.
13. Changes to this policy
We will post revised versions on this page and update the “Last updated” date. For material changes, we will provide advance notice through the Service or the contact email you provided where required by law or reasonably practicable. Continued use after the effective date means you acknowledge the updated policy.
